This is bullshit.

Companies don’t hire Americans because they want to support American workers. If someone could do the job in India for cheaper, the position would be outsourced. They hire Americans because they have the skills and knowledge needed and they don’t speak with an accent or work in a different time zone.

This article is simply more propaganda by employers trying to gain control. Your job isn’t going away because it would already be gone if it could be outsourced. Nothing has changed in that regard.
