The issue is whether the brain stores visual information that is recreated at the time if death. These “images” blind people see during an NDE are wholly novel. It us not an image they imagined before the NDE.

It is virtually impossible for their brains to recreate vision. That is like expecting your laptop to create a Picasso without a graphics card or software.
