I think it is important to focus -- not just our attention in mindfulness, but the time we have available everyday.
On workdays, I have five hours to do everything. I already don’t watch television. I have to eat. I do need to go to the store. And I have writing jobs to complete.
Something has to give. So I pared down to what was important for me to accomplish. That turned out to be keeping up on current events and then writing.
