I doubt this. It has been proven that raising wages -- even if prices increase -- usually improves the bottom line. There are already businesses that have reduced hours rather than pay a decent wage. They are choosing to lose money rather than improve the lives of their workers. It's an issue that they don't think people "deserve" a living wage.
