Henry, Henry, Henry. Try not to be so condescending.

I have run a few successful businesses. My employees were paid higher wages than competing employers who could have easily stolen my staff if they cared to practice this "market forces" philosophy in the other direction.

I gave very generous bonuses and time off based on company profits simply because I believed that paying people well based on results is the surest method of garnering their loyalty. I never had to advertise an opening. Ever. My staff was extremely protective of the company. I also knew that it was not productive to be constantly negotiating, hiring, and training.

I guess we have a different approach to business. Like I don't believe that commenting on articles with insults is a great way to get them to read my writing.
